This page explains how FlintPop collects, uses, and stores information submitted through this website. It is maintained by FlintPop to answer common privacy questions about our services.
What we collect
When you submit the Brand Audit intake form, we collect your name, email, company/artist name, sector, selected personality and vibe preferences, stated business challenges, brand boundaries, self-sufficiency preference, platform links you provide, and any optional notes or competitor names you share. If you join our sector waitlist, we collect your email and stated sector.
How we use it
This information is used solely to prepare your Brand Audit diagnostic and to communicate with you about FlintPop's services. Submission data is processed internally, including AI-assisted analysis (via a third-party AI service) to help our strategists prepare a first-draft synthesis, which is always reviewed and refined by a human strategist before anything is shared with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a database provider with industry-standard security practices including encryption and access controls. Only authorized FlintPop personnel can access submitted data.
Third parties we use
We use Supabase (database hosting), an AI processing service (to assist with draft analysis generation), and Resend (email notifications) to operate this website and service. These providers process data solely on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted data at any time by emailing shubham@flintpop.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Data retention
We retain submission data for as long as necessary to provide our services and maintain business records, or until you request deletion.
Cookies & analytics
This site may use privacy-conscious analytics tools to understand site usage. We do not use invasive tracking or sell data to advertisers.
